Your NPS score
Your NPS score, or Net Promoter Score, is a calculation of how likely your customers are to recommend you. It's calculated by comparing the difference between your positive and negative feedback. There are two gadgets which show you your NPS score:
-
The NPS Raveometer shows the average NPS score taken from any feedback with the NPS field filled in. This is perfect if you want to see exactly how your users are filling in NPS scores.
-
The NPS gadget shows how you're doing by calculating the percentage of your feedback which is positive and negative, then calculating the difference. This is better if you want to get a general gist of how your feedback is looking.
-
The average rating your customers provide when asked to give you an NPS score 1-10. Every item of feedback which includes an answer in the NPS field is averaged for your NPS Raveometer score.
-
The percentage of items of feedback which come from customers who are positive, negative, or passive.
-
A version of your NPS highlighted in a tag to the right of the bars—it's found by calculating the difference between the percentage of positive feedback (in the green bar) and negative feedback (in the red bar).
Tip: Click a segment in the NPS Raveometer or a bar in the NPS gadget to filter the Dashboard by NPS bracket.
